Save America's Treasures Designation - Jan. 2001
"The Frank Conrad Garage is an Official Project of Save America's Treasures, a public-private partnership between the White House Millennium Council and the National Trust for Historic Preservation dedicated to the preservation of our nation's irreplaceable historic and cultural treasures for future generations."
Today NMB received notification that its effort to save Frank Conrad's Garage has been officially designated a "Save America's Treasures" project by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
It is hoped this recognition by America's leading preservation organization will underscore the importance of the Conrad Garage to our nation's history and the urgent need for its preservation.
Our sincerest thanks to the National Trust for this important and timely designation.
